Founded in 2000 by Andreas Schubert and Harald Koch, the personnel consultancy specializes in the precise placement of specialists and managers. Contempo Consulting combines more than twenty years of experience in personnel work with expert knowledge in the areas of payroll accounting and sustainability.
Contempo Consulting handles the entire recruiting process for its clients, develops individual strategies and offers long-term support after onboarding. Since 2023, Contempo has also been specifically placing international specialists and trainees from non-EU countries. Professional recruiting in the countries of origin is just as important as structured relocation and long-term support during onboarding in order to facilitate rapid and lasting integration.
